I don't know if anyone is as concerned with what they're eating as much as I am, but I was sent this video about "fake" blueberries. I love my blueberries and antioxidants, and will choose blueberry flavor over many others offered. But inside, is it really fruit?
Which is more motivating? The health of American consumers or the promotion of healthy food to increase their profit margins? We know more and more processed foods have dangerous ingredients, such as trans fat, high fructose corn syrup or partially-hydrogenated-anything. Why can't we look out for each other and be honest about what we have in our products?
