Take Two

Hello Foodies out there!

This is my attempt at blogging.  Since I've failed once before, I thought it would be nice to channel my love for cooking and dining so anyone out there who is interested in Salt Lake City restaurants, cooking adventures, whatever, can follow me on this blog.

I'm starting off as to what I call my Afterlife, and I want to immerse myself in this new hobby.  My mother is a fantastic chef, from here on out will be nicknamed the "Octopus" for her ability to cook 8 different dishes at the same time in less than 2 hours for a party of 20.  Yeah, she is that amazing.  I hope to learn from her and become a fantastic chef on the side.
